How long does shipping take?
Zesty Boutique partners with global manufacturers and artisans in order to provider the freshest new products at the lowest possible prices. This means all our orders are shipped from global areas such as Thailand, China, USA, India, Singapore, etc. via our partnership with USPS.
Because we ship directly from our international partners to your doorstep, shipping may take 3-5 weeks. Please do not panic if your order does not arrive immediately, it's on it's way. You should receive an email containing a valid USPS tracking number when your order is shipped. Simply enter it into the USPS website to check the status of your shipment.
We offer international shipping, so no matter where you are you can place an order with us.

The tracking number for my order stopped updating, what happened?
Since we ship internationally, shipments can occasionally be held up due to a variety of factors including customs, international holidays, and hurricanes or other bad weather that interrupts flights.
Occasionally orders outside the US may be held at your country's customs department, often without explanation. This is quite rare, but may happen. You may be able to expedite the process by contacting your countries customs department directly and asking them to release your order.
Note: If your order is never released by customs, we'll send you a replacement free of charge.
I ordered multiple items and didn't receive some of them, what's going on?
Not all items we sell as shipped from the same warehouse. Chances are if you order multiple different items, they will all ship separately. So, no need to worry, your entire order will arrive eventually. If you need help tracking one or more items from your order, contact us
What if I need to return something?
No worries! We accept returns as long as the item is unused, unopened and in sell-able condition. Contact us and we'll help guide you through the process. We'll send you a prepaid mailer to send the item back.
